Order processing time
All orders typically take 2 business days to process before shipping.
Order processing will not begin until valid payment has been received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Post Office and UPS holidays such as New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. From time to time, the availability of items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of the delay.

Australia and New Zealand: Standard (8-11 business days)
France, Germany, ltaly, Spain, Portugal: Standard (7-15 business days)
Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore: Standard (7-15 business days)
Indonesia, Malaysia: Standard (10-20 business days)
Middle East: Standard (6-9 business days)
Rest of the World: Standard (7-20 business days)

We ship from international warehouse. (UK, US, China, Korea, Japan)
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all qualifying orders over $20. A flat rate is charged for all orders below $20. This flat rate is $9.99.
Please note that some exclusions may apply and this will usually be made clear in the item's description, before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is applied to qualifying orders in the US.
Change shipping address
We can modify the delivery address for you when the package is not shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit.
Over delivery time
International shipments may be delayed due to various factors. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@katylight.com, and we will check the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
About tax
Imported goods/services may be subject to taxes and are governed by country laws. Pococo is not responsible for any tax invoices charged for its products. Please contact your local customs office for details and information.
